Information you provide
If you send a message through our contact form, we collect the name, email address, subject, and message you enter. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card numbers, health records, or other sensitive information.
Legacy purchases
Stripe processes payments for previously offered Proof Over Mood digital products and may collect your contact, billing, tax, and payment information. We do not receive or store your complete payment-card number. Stripe handles that information under its own privacy terms.
How information is used
We use contact-form information to answer your request, provide customer support, prevent abuse, and maintain basic business records. We use purchase information available through Stripe to deliver products, resolve billing or delivery problems, and reconcile sales.
Sharing
We use service providers needed to run the site, process payments, and deliver the product. We do not sell your personal information or use your contact message to add you to a marketing list.
Retention and choices
We keep business records for as long as reasonably needed for support, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. You may ask us to correct or delete contact-form information by using the contact page. Some transaction records may need to be retained.
