Terms of use
Effective September 12, 2026. These terms apply when you use The Forgotten Table website or access a legacy Proof Over Mood digital product.
The product
The 30-Day Proof System is a downloadable educational workbook. A purchase gives one person a limited, non-exclusive license to download, print, and use the workbook for personal purposes.
What you may not do
You may not resell the workbook, post the complete file publicly, share download access, remove the branding, or present the material as your own product. Short quotations for review or commentary are fine when credited.
Payments, delivery, and final sales
Payments are processed through Stripe. Prices and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. After a successful payment, the confirmation page provides access to the download. Because the product is delivered immediately in digital form, all sales are final except where a remedy is required by law or needed to correct failed delivery, a defective file, or an erroneous duplicate charge. If there is a delivery or billing problem, use the contact page with the email used at checkout.
Historical reconstructions
The Forgotten Table provides educational and entertainment content. Historical scenes may combine documented facts with clearly identified reasonable reconstruction. AI-generated or altered visuals may be used for illustration and do not represent real historical footage.

Site, video and legacy workbook content is general educational material. It is not medical, legal, financial or professional advice.
Availability and responsibility
We may update the site or content and correct errors. To the extent permitted by law, Proof Over Mood Media is not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of the site, videos or workbook. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
