Legacy purchase policy

Effective September 12, 2026. This policy applies to previously offered Proof Over Mood digital workbooks. Because the workbook is delivered immediately as a digital download, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for a change of mind, an accidental purchase, failure to use the workbook, or dissatisfaction after the digital product has been delivered.

Delivery problems and duplicate charges

If the download does not arrive, the file is defective, or you were charged more than once for the same purchase, use the contact page with the email address used at checkout. We will restore access, provide a working file, or correct an erroneous duplicate charge as appropriate.

Rights required by law

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or consumer-protection right that cannot legally be excluded where you live.
